BDFC Bitcoins purchasing method and procedure is a unique as the first of its kind in the industry utilizing state of the art full featured online banking portal with secure and private access under Seller full control, a sand one of the most secure and simple real time transaction completion linked between the account and the Blockchain in real time transaction recording and exchange of BTC with Fiat(Funds). Procedures for Buyer Pre-paid (Bank in USA) Registered Accts and Wallets under Seller & Escrow Name
1. Seller & Buyer after agreeing to price and discount structure and purchase procedures as outlined below exchange info/details, CIS, POC (Proof of Coins), POF will be shown on the bank account screen. A Provisional SPA can be signed subject to Buyer POF and Seller POC i.e., show mini. 30 seconds video of BTC Wallet holding a min. 1000 BTC showing current date and on the video showing Buyer identifying code _______, and Seller selfie and/ Bitcoins Public Access for Buyer verification on Blockchain or showing movement of BTC form Wallet A to Wallet B for Buyer to verify address of the Wallet.
2. Buyer will open under Escrow Agent name with (Bank in USA) as the Beneficiary two Bank Accounts on Buyer XXX Online Banking Portal and to each Account link a Wallet under Escrow control s follows:
i. One Wallet – Seller 5% Non-Performance Guaranteein BTC, and One Account as Buyer 5% Non-Performance Guarantee in Fiat.
ii. The Second Wallet as Seller Tranche BTC Deposit (Seller BTC Tranche Transactional Wallet).
iii. The Second Account with (Bank in USA) under Seller name as the Beneficiary on Buyer MFG Online Banking Portal for the Buyer Tranche Pre-Payment (Buyer Fiat Tranche Transactional Account).
3. Buyer & Seller shall agree to Tranche Size to be deposited into Seller BTC Tranche Transactional Wallet and 5% Non-Performance Penalty in BTC to be Exchanged with Buyer 5% Non-Performance Fiat under control of Escrow Agent.
4. Buyer as part of Buyer Pre-Paid (Bank in USA) Acct that Buyer has sets-up under Seller name shall agree to Fund /Pre-pay the Buyer Fiat Tranche Transactional Account for the agreed upon Tranche in $
5. Buyer, Seller and the Escrow Agent shall set up a Tranche Closing Day and Time to lock the Tranche Price nd Seller shall issue the Invoice for the tranche including Buyer discount for acceptance and Buyer will fund the Seller’s (Bank in USA) Tranche Transactional Account with agreed amount sufficient to cover the current tranche amount before seller sends Bitcoins.
6. Seller after the verification of the Tranche Fund (in USD) in his Transactional Account immediately orders Escrow Agent to Transfer via Blockchain the Tranche Bitcoins fromSeller BTC Tranche Transactional Wallet to the Buyer Tranche Receiving Wallet .
7. Buyer, Seller, and Escrow will confirm the receipt of the Bitcoins via Blockchain on first confirmation. Seller can start drawdown of Seller tranche delivery proceeds via wire transfer from Seller account via the Online Banking Portal, or to keep all or part of the funds into his account as he wishes as the Seller, not the Buyer has full control of the funds at all times like any of Seller’s other bank accounts Seller owns.
8. Intermediary procurement associates are compensated each time there is a completed/BTC delivered Tranche as per IMFPA(s) annexed to the final contract.
9. Above Procedures Steps 6-9. are repeated for all subsequent Tranches until contract BTC quantities are delivered and paid for.

BITCOINS DUAL ESCROW SALES AND PURCHASE CONTRACT
Seller , Seller Escrow Agent together with Buyer and Buyer Escrow Agent after agreeing to this BTC Purchase Contract Terms, Conditions, Procedures, BTC Price, Discount, Commissions, BTC contract quantity, Tranche size,, 5% Non-Performance Guarantee posting of BTC vs Fiat Price and of exchange info/details, CIS, Seller POC (Proof of Bitcoins) as shown in the Seller Transactional Wallet(s), Buyer POF as shown on the bank account screenshots each on their part shall sign this Contract and commence closing operation as follows:
1.- Buyer and Seller shall agree that each is committed to cooperative with each another, and each shall assist their respective Escrow Agent to cooperate and collaborate with one another as a team in harmonious manner as relate to operational implementation of process of this Contract’s BTC sales and purchase and closing toward fulfillment of objective of this Contract for mutual benefits of all parties to this Contract.
2.- Buyer Escrow Agent is the Beneficiary of two (Bank in USA) Accounts each Account linked with a Wallet under Escrow Agent control that will be utilized on as needed basis for the subject Contract the role of Buyer Escrow is as follows:
2.1.- Buyer Escrow shall utilize One (Bank in USA) Account to hold Buyer 5% Non-Performance Guarantee in Fiat (Buyer 5% Fiat Non-Performance Guarantee Acct).
2.2.- In The second Account Buyer Escrow shall hold Buyer Tranche Pre-Payment funds in US$ (Buyer Fiat Tranche Pre-Paid Transactional Account).
3.- Seller Escrow Agent needs to have Two Wallets under its control on a platform/network that are in compliance with Blockchain transfer protocols (Buyer Escrow can assist Seller Escrow to secure these Wallets through Coinbase Exchange where Buyer’s Escrow Agent’s Wallet are set up. These two Wallets under name/control of the Seller Escrow Agent will be utilized as follows:
3.1.- Seller Escrow Agent shall utilize one Wallet to hold Seller 5% Non-Performance Guarantee in BTC (Seller 5% BTC Non-Performance Guarantee Wallet).
3.2.- In The Second Wallet Seller Escrow shall hold Seller BTC Tranche (Seller BTC Tranche Transactional Wallet).
4.- Buyer & Seller and their respective Escrow Agent shall agree to Tranche Size in Fiat (US$) and 5% (min $5 million) Non-Performance Guarantee in BTC from Seller and corresponding 5% (min $5 million) Non-Performance Guarantee in Fiat (US$) from Buyer each to post with their respective Escrow Agent,
5.- Seller shall move first to transfer the 5% BTC Non-Performance to the Seller Escrow Agent controlled Wallet (Seller 5% BTC Non-Performance Guarantee Wallet). Seller Escrow Agent shall send the confirmation and proof of the fulfillment of Seller 5% BTC transfer to Buyer Escrow Agent,
6.- Buyer will move the 5% Buyer Non-Performance Guarantee to the Buyer Escrow Agent (Bank in USA) Account (Buyer 5% Fiat Non-Performance Guarantee Acct), and Buyer Escrow Agent then shall provide the confirmation /proof of the Buyer 5% non-performance guarantee fund transfer to the Seller Escrow Agent,
7.- Buyer, Seller and the Escrow Agent shall set up a Tranche Closing Day and Time to lock the Tranche Price and Seller shall issue the Invoice for the tranche including Buyer discount for acceptance and Buyer will fund the Buyer’s Escrow (Bank in USA) Tranche Transactional Account with agreed amount sufficient to cover the current tranche amount before Seller sends Bitcoins.
8.- Buyer shall fund/Pre-Pay into the Buyer Escrow Agent (Bank in USA) Acct in US$ for the amount of the agreed upon Tranche (Buyer Fiat Tranche Pre-Paid Transactional Account). Buyer Escrow Agent then shall provide the confirmation /proof of the Buyer fund transfer to the Seller Escrow Agent,
9.- Seller shall transfer the agreed upon Tranche BTC into Seller ‘s Escrow Agent BTC Tranche Transactional Wallet. Seller Escrow Agent then shall provide the confirmation /proof of the Seller Tranche BTC transfer to the Buyer Escrow Agent,
10.- Seller after the verification of the Buyer Tranche Fund (in USD) in Buyer Escrow Agent Transactional Account immediately order Seller Escrow Agent to Transfer the Seller Tranche Bitcoins fromSeller BTC Tranche Transactional Wallet to the Buyer Tranche Receiving Wallet via Blockchain.
11.- Buyer, Seller, and Buyer and Seller Escrow Agents shall confirm the delivery and receipt of Buyer the Bitcoins via Blockchain on first confirmation. Seller Escrow Agent sends the final Invoice which includes Buyer discount of 6% to Buyer Escrow Agent (Seller for every $1.0 Million in Tranche Payment by Buyer in US$ shall deliver a $1.06 million in BTC based on the agreed Closing Price of BTC s per Invoice). Then Buyer Escrow Agent shall immediately wire the Invoiced amount in USD from the Buyer Fiat Tranche Pre-Paid Transactional Account under Buyer Escrow Agent control Tranche into the Seller Escrow Agent designated Receiving Banking Coordinates.
12.- Intermediary procurement associates are compensated each time there is a completed/BTC delivered Tranche as per IMFPA(s) annexed to this Contract. Each Escrow Agent shall agree to Pay their side’s respective Intermediary commissions
13.- Parties shall agree on each subsequent Tranche Delivery, above Procedures Steps 10–13 are repeated for all subsequent Tranches until contract BTC quantities are delivered and paid for.
